Designed like software. Handed over like a codebase.
We treat an outbound channel the way a good engineering team treats a product. It is specified before it is built, it runs where you can see it, and the people who will own it are trained on it before the keys move.
The stages
Read what you already have
We map which routes you run, which sit idle, and where your best buyers come from today. This is the buyer map, and it is free.
Write the spec
Which accounts, which people, what a good conversation sounds like, and what a meeting record must contain before it reaches a seller. We agree a baseline with you here so results are read against something real.
Build the channel
Research, data, messages and the authority around them: press, video and a site that answers buyer questions. Every message is written for one person and reviewed by a human.
Run it with you watching
We staff and operate the channel. Each meeting arrives as a complete handoff record. You see what goes out, what comes back and what turns into pipeline.
Hand it over
Once it produces pipeline, it moves to your side. The playbook, the data, the message library and the trained people come with it.
What we will not do
- Send a message no human has read.
- Contact anyone without a real reason they would want to hear from you.
- Keep contacting someone who has asked us to stop.
- Promise a number before we have read your setup.
What stays with you
- playbook
- Who to reach, why, and how.
- data
- Every account and contact we researched.
- messages
- The full library, with what worked marked.
- people
- Your team, trained to run it.
Start at the first stage.
Tell us a little about your company and we will send back a buyer map. If it shows a gap worth closing, we will offer a call to talk it through.
