Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give SAAS Meetings through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and what you send. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to your question or suggesting a call. We do not add you to a mailing list. If you reply stop at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at SAAS Meetings who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The fonts load from a font service, which receives the standard technical information any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to charlotte.brown@saasmeetings.co, or send the request through the contact form, and we will act on it.
